Robert Gaines

Robert Gaines is an Associate Attorney at Benson, Mucci & Weiss practicing in the areas of real estate law, construction litigation, and business/commercial law.

Robert received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 2017. After his time in Tallahassee, Robert attended the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate (cum laude).

Prior to joining BMW, Robert interned with Judge Ernest Kollra in the felony crimes division of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Fort Lauderdale. In 2019, Robert joined Benson, Mucci & Weiss as a law clerk while finishing his final years of law school. Upon passing the Florida Bar Exam in 2020, Robert transitioned into his current role at the firm.
