Brian Abelow is a Board-Certified Expert in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar, a distinction earned by less than one percent of Florida attorneys. His practice encompasses the full spectrum of real estate law, with a focus on commercial and residential transactions, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development.

Over the course of his career, Brian has represented a diverse clientele—ranging from individual buyers and sellers to developers, investors, and business owners—guiding them through complex real estate deals with a practical, solutions-oriented approach. His ability to navigate intricate negotiations and structure successful transactions has earned him the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

Brian also represents national, regional, and community financial institutions, as well as private lenders, in all aspects of real estate and business financing. His experience includes handling acquisition and construction lending, loan documentation, workouts, and other secured transactions.

In addition to his transactional work, Brian provides legal counsel to associations on a wide range of operational, corporate, and governance matters. He assists boards with drafting, amending, and interpreting governing documents; reviewing and negotiating contracts; and enforcing restrictive covenants and association rules through both preventive guidance and litigation when necessary.

Brian is an active member of the Florida Bar, the Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Alan Levan Ambassadors Board for Nova Southeastern University. He also serves as an authorized title agent for Old Republic, formerly The Fund, and First American Title Insurance Company. He has successfully closed thousands of real estate transactions throughout Florida.

Beyond his legal practice, Brian enjoys spending time on the golf course or fishing in the Florida Keys, but, most importantly, sharing time with his family and friends. His approachable manner, dedication to his clients, and deep knowledge of real estate law make him a trusted advisor and advocate in every transaction.
