Mark Mucci is the founding member and managing partner of Benson Mucci & Weiss, P.L. Mark focuses his real estate practice in the areas of commercial and residential acquisitions, including the sale and purchase of retail shopping centers, golf courses, multi-family apartment complexes, office buildings mixed-use developments, and residential subdivisions. Mark has negotiated and assisted his clients in the preparation of sophisticated finance and development involving leasing, zoning, permitting, and easement agreements. Mark’s real estate practice also includes the representation of community associations such as condominiums, coops and homeowners’ associations in transactions, drafting original governing documents, revising, amending and enforcing of governing documents.
Mark has handled numerous real estate related litigation matters including title disputes, zoning, encroachments, landlord tenant disputes, receivership, ad valorum taxation disputes, loan workouts, and foreclosures representing both lenders and developers.
In addition to his real estate practice Mark represents clients in the formation of business entities, including C-corporations, s-corporations, limited liability companies, general partnerships and joint ventures.
Mark also has a busy estate planning and probate practice representing individuals in the formations of wills and trusts, preparation of guardianship documents, powers of attorney, health care surrogate, and living wills.
Mark concentrates his practice in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Federal Bar, Broward County Bar, and American Land Title Association (ALTA). Mark is a licensed title agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. Mark has duel citizenship in the US and Italy.
In his spare time Mark enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, running, playing pickle ball but most of all spending time with his children and grandchildren.
